KCB is the first-of-its-kind passive tower-type building in Nairobi, created with cuttingedge software. “The use of Autodesk software made the management of this revolutionary
design process much easier, and helped with the production of construction information
material. It was also easier to coordinate between the various disciplines, allowing for greater
productivity and greater quality of information overall,” said Loki.
