ACCUPLACER College Admission Class
The ACCUPLACER test is used to help determine
course selection for students and includes three
sections: Reading Comprehension, Sentence Skills,

What are the GED Tests?
The GED tests are four tests in the areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Social
Studies, and Science.
You are eligible to take the tests if you are not enrolled in and have not graduated from high school. For Minnesota residents, the fee is $30 per test. The
total for all four tests is $120.
Requirements in Minnesota:
At least 19 years of age or an age waiver*
Resident of Minnesota
Two of the following: Minnesota driver’s license, passport or State ID card
with picture, date and place of residence

General Education Development (GED) is a
self-paced program designed to help you
study and prepare to take the GED test. If
you already have a GED or high school
diploma, you may want to upgrade your skills.
When are classes held?
Tues., Weds., & Thursdays: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Come when you can! You don’t have to attend
the entire time.
How do I get started?
Please call to find out how you can get started
or come to the Harmony Learning Center during
the following registration times: Mondays 9
a.m. to 8 p.m.; Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursdays 9 a.m.
to 8 p.m.; and Fridays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
How long will it take to earn my GED?
The time needed to complete the GED varies
for each student.
