In 2015 Mogul Strand AB was merged with Mogul Holding AB.
All Group companies are consolidated in the consolidated financial statements. The non-controlling interest in Kartena AB amounted to
0.03 per cent on 31 December 2015 and is not significant. The operations of Group companies are conducted primarily in the countries
in which they are registered. There are no significant restrictions to gaining access to the assets of the Group companies and settling the
Group’s liabilities.
