An introduction to belly dance

8-week session
We are born to move! Find joy and express
yourself confidently with this introduction
to the ancient art of belly dance. Tap into
the feminine strength of a supple spine,
powerful core, toned limbs and free hips. Basic
movements will be slowly built into simple, fun
combinations. Please wear light, comfortable
dance or workout gear. Chiffon belly dance
coin belt included with registration. No
previous dance experience required.

MELT
Achieve lasting changes in how your body
looks and feels
Instructor: Heather Umberger
Ages: 16+
In this 4-week series, you will learn to
identify and remove stuck stress in your
body, the major cause of chronic aches and
pains. Improve your overall body sense and
notice the changes as your body effortlessly
finds greater alignment and balance. You
will activate your own core strength and
stability and rehydrate the tissues of your
body for greater mobility and ease of motion.
MELT helps common issues like headaches,
insomnia, bloating, weight gain, cellulite and
and improves athletic performance. All tools
will be available for class.

Balanced/Balanced Moms
A fun co-ed fitness and wellness class

Participants will meet with Wellness Coach
Allison Snyder to set and evaluate goals
throughout the program. To motivate and help
achieve success, this fitness series features:
• Before and after fitness assessment
• Nutrition awareness
• Cardio and strength training
• Interval training
• Core development
Kid’s Group Exercise
A variety of exercises to keep your kids moving
Instructor: Group Exercise Staff
Ages: 7 - 15
For 6 weeks, each class will be a different
focus! Try Yoga, Kickboxing, Muscle Conditioning
and Zumba. Weekly group exercise classes will
get kids pumped up with fun, safe exercises
choreographed to the music they love. This
class is for members only.
