coverage foundation.
ESTÉE LAUDER
Their double wear foundation is one
of my absolute favorite medium-full
coverage foundations. It stays on all day,
has the best wear, no matter what you're
doing! They have 36 different shades for
everyone. Their concealers also come in 10
different shades and are long wearing.
ANASTASIA BEVERLY
HILLS
ABH stick foundation has a natural matte
finish and she did extend the darker
tones in her brand with now 29 shades. I
personally haven't tried these yet but have
heard good things about them. Also when
it comes to contouring everyone thinks
of ABH and she does have a contour/
highlight kit for medium and deep skin
tones. The formula is nice, creamy and gets
the job done.
MAKE UP FOREVER
Make Up Forever has 40 shades of
foundation in their Makeup Forever HD
foundation. This has a natural looking
finish and medium-full coverage. This is my
absolute favorite foundation of all, because
it does make you look super HD and
flawless. POC can definitely find a shade in
this line. I like that they offer warm, neutral
and cool tones too. All their makeup pretty
much works on POC from their lipsticks to
their shadows & primers.
MENTED
Mented cosmetics is a new brand launched
by two women of color. They launched
lipsticks, specifically neutrals so POC
can find their perfect nude. Each lipstick
is meant to fit a different personality
depending on the mood you're in, which is
such a cute idea.
IMAN IMAN
was created by supermodel Iman for
women of color. She has a variety of
options from foundations, blushes, lipsticks,
glasses and powders for POC. Mentioned
on popular beauty blogger/YouTube guru
Jackie Aina's channel. she says she loves
the compact powder foundation to put
over her foundations.
