This trip was filled with culture , information and schooling . We learned so much about the Maori culture . Day 2 we drove 45 minutes to Tauranga through hilly terrain with goats , sheep and horses all lazily grazing off in the distance and close to the road . We had lunch with Julie , a female Maori tattoo artist at ART + BODY . We met her cousin Paora part of the Ngāi Te Rangi tribe ( keeping his culture strong ) who showed Jime Litwalk some unique family history . The awesome couple Ash and Rick later took us to Bohemian Tattoo Arts one of the main sponsors of the show where we met some of the artists .
