to ride my bike on the bike path . It takes and hour and a half to walk four miles the thick sand . That ’ s a beautiful workout ; the ocean , the sun a little bit of a tan . I like the StairMasters in the gym . Most of the machines are not made for my height . They ’ re kind of small for me . The StairMaster is the money excessive for me , you just walk up the stairs and I don ’ t hold onto the sides . So that ’ s my cardio . Now for lifting weights I just superset . I just try to do two or three exercises in a row . I give myself a two minute break and then get back on it . I injured myself recently , I strained my elbow so I haven ’ t been able to lift for like a month with my upper body . I do my legs once a week . It ’ s almost ready to get back out there . I ’ ll be fifty-three in a couple weeks so I have to keep in mind my age and my joints and not go so heavy . I have to do more reps . I keep setting myself back
