Walk Time Charlie brought the 2012 Celebration spectators to their feet . Trained and shown by Chad Baucom , Charlie is a true Cinderella story . Born and raised by Bob and Vicky Stannard of Rolling Acres Farm in Lebanon , Kentucky , and started under saddle by Rocky McCoy , Charlie first burst on the scene at the 2009 Walking Horse Trainers Show where he won the 2 Year Old Stallion division . Shown sparingly as a 2 year old his next big splash was at the Kentucky Celebration that year where he caught the eye of his eventual Championship partner Chad Baucom . Charlie was purchased between his 3 and 4 year old seasons by noted horseman , and Baucom customer , John Callicut . Charlie went on to win the 2012 World Grand Championship and returned to the ring briefly at the 2014 Celebration and was crowned World Champion again with John Callicut aboard . His first foals are now on the ground and everybody wants one . They are beautiful , intelligent and move great . His oldest will go under saddle in the Fall of 2015 .
