NEW IN 2017
Find your true north in 2017 with the all-new 230-foot North Star . The only ride of its kind in the upper Midwest , North Star spins riders 20 stories above the ground at speeds up to 40mph as the swings ascend and descend the tower .
Valleyfair ’ s Soak City Waterpark ( included with admission ) is a great way to beat the summer heat , including a 34,000 square-foot wave pool , interactive splash pad for the little ones , semi-private cabanas and the always popular lazy river .

The park ’ s Executive Chef Luis Carrillo delivers a local twist on the classic BBQ- and brew-style food festival , pairing favorite hotdish recipes with craft beers . Many of the recipes are pure Minnesota , while others showcase the chef ’ s culinary creative side . The event also features live music by popular local artists .
The Labor Day Weekend tradition continues with the 41st annual Green Giant Corn Feast , including more than 30,000 pounds of locally sourced and free all-you-can-eat corn on the cob , live music , corn-eating contest plus all of your favorite rides and attractions .
