FROM Facebook Friends: Ashley Harris- Jim Payne was a dear friend who touched so many people’s lives. He was always kind hearted and greeted everyone with a smile and a hug. If he came to a horse show he always made sure to at least say hi to everyone before he left. He always watched over me as a kid and cheered me on. I got my first truck from him. He always encouraged me. I will miss him dearly. Natalie Roberts- One of my fond memories of Mr. P- I remember I was not in a happy place and was wearing a T-shirt that I shouldn’t have worn.
