Mission Statement : To partner with businesses and the community to promote , support and enhance business prosperity , civic vitality and the quality of life in the Bloomington area .
The Bloomington Chamber of Commerce is committed to addressing the needs and concerns of Bloomington businesses . The Chamber connects the voices of business and creates powerful leadership that strengthens our members and promotes economic development and community involvement in Bloomington and the region .
The Bloomington Chamber is an affiliate of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce , which consists of three distinct , but connected entities : Minneapolis Regional Chamber , Bloomington Chamber , and Northeast Minneapolis Chamber . Members can participate in one chamber or all three chambers .

Be the Voice Adhere to our mission statement and advocate the principles of the Bloomington Chamber by educating and informing members , fostering relationships with key decisions makers and organizations , and using our standing to influence key decisions impacting business in the community .
Engagement Establish criteria and develop benchmarks to increase member involvement and ensure the membership experience is meaningful , memorable and measurable .
Resource / connector / convenor Empower members to connect with success by operating as the link to people , programs and resources necessary to grow their business . Understand the needs of our membership and work to fulfill them by providing adequate tools and opportunities .
