Alaska Range Dall Sheep Hunt #21
Based out of Healy, Alaska, these are horseback hunts in
the central Alaskan Range. The use of horses allows the
Dall Sheep hunt to scour the country easily, looking for a
good Dall ram. Now, don’t let the use of horses make you
think this is a fat man’s sheep hunt. It is not. The horses
go down the drainages, the sheep live on top of the
drainages. Expect a 5-7 hour hike UP, after you have spotted your ram. Tent style accommodations, cabins at the
