Welcome to our 2016 Shoshone Wilderness Adventures Black
Bear Hunting Catalog. From the Island of Newfoundland, to
the western shores of British Columbia, we work with the
best black bear hunting outfitters in North America. Not the
biggest outfitters, the best outfitters. Black bears take many
years to reach full maturity, and we hunt in areas where the
bears have the time to grow to full maturity. Show me an area
that has lots of bears being harvested from it, and I will show
you an area where the quality of bears is diminishing.
Although most of our bear hunts take place in the spring, we
also offer a few hunts in the fall, primarily in the berry
patches. As always, the food source is the primary movers of
big black bears, along with the bear rut in late May and early
June. Whether you are an archery, rifle, or muzzleloader
hunter, we can put you on a hunt with quality black bears, in
a quality camp, with a quality outfitter. Spot & Stalk, Baited,
or Hound Hunting, we have all three.
