19. The school district will provide teacher aides and the appropriate general or special education teaching staff time for
consultation on a regular basis as specified in each pupil’s IEP. The school district shall provide an Assurance Statement to
the County Office of Education that the Board of Education has adopted the required special education policies and

WEAPONS/FIREARMS
Any student who is convicted or adjudicated delinquent for committing a crime while in possession of a firearm, or
any student who is found in possession of a firearm on school grounds, on any transportation vehicle provided
by the District, or at a school sponsored function shall be immediately removed from the school’s general
e ducation program for at least one calendar year. The District will place the student in an alternative education
pr
