Catherine has competed in the Solo & Ensemble cometition for three years and has qualified for state for two. This year Catherine says that she wants to practice more to better prepare for the big day. "I enjoy it most out of everything we do in choir, it's definitely my favorite part of the year."
Grace will be competing at the state level Solo & Ensemble competition for her second year in a row on May 29th. Grace says that this year she wants to actually get a good nights sleep and not stay up until 4:00 am like she mistakenly did last year. She wants to continue to compete and do what she loves while meeting people who have the same interests as her.
Daylan was the only boy this year to advance to the state level for solo & ensemble. He has been a part of choir for 2 years and competed in solo and ensemble for 2 years. Daylon says, "something I would do different this year would be to work harder". Daylon plans to continue in the competion for choir and one thing he loves about choir is the music.
