The Shaw Varsity Baseball Team has had a decent start to District Play that opened on March 21, against St. Augustine High School. The Eagles went on to beat St. Augustine twice to sweep the season series.
After that, the baseball team played against Jesuit High School and were beaten twice. Then, they played John Curtis High School where they split the series with the team winning the one game and losing the other.
At the halfway point, the Eagles are currently 3-3 in District Play and hoping to close out with a strong push.
