SKY DYLAN-ROBBINS is an award-winning video
journalist at The New Yorker magazine. Previously,
she was part of a small editorial team at Tumblr, the
blogging platform. Dylan-Robbins graduated cum
laude from Northwestern University with degrees in
film, Italian and sociology, and has lived and worked
in Bologna and Rome. She’s from — and still lives in
— New York City.
ALISIA ESSIG was a legislative aide and
communications director for Utah Congressman
Jason Chaffetz from 2008 to 2011. Since then
Essig has worked for Mia Love’s 2012 and
2014 congressional campaigns in Utah’s fourth
district. Essig managed all local and national media
requests as Love’s press secretary during both election
ANDREW FEINSTEIN, a former ANC Member
of Parliament in South Africa, is the author of After
the Party: Corruption, the ANC and South Africa’s
Uncertain Future, and The Shadow World: Inside the
Global Arms Trade. He is the writer on the feature
documentary of Shadow World, which will premiere
in early 2016. Feinstein lives in London.
FRANKLIN FOER is a fellow at the New America
Foundation. For seven years, he was the editor of the
New Republic. He is the author of the international
bestseller How Soccer Explains the World. Currently,
he’s writing a book about Silicon Valley
