Governor’s Books from Birth Foundation (GBBF) www.governorsfoundation.org The Governor’s Books from Birth Foundation is a public-private partnership created in 2004 that provides books from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library at no cost to children from birth to age five, regardless of income.
