She said the team also uses the various tools provided by Transitions Optical to help demonstrate the effectiveness of the eyewear . She says patients don ’ t always believe the glasses are photochromic lenses until they see the demonstration first hand .

“ They are teaching you how to enhance your sales . It ’ s not always about the product . They are helping you in the business , too ,” she said . “ It makes you feel like it ’ s a thank you for all your work .”
She added that once Transitions Academy is over , participants are eager to take what they have learned back to the office and put it into practice .
The support doesn ’ t stop after everyone gets home as members of the Transitions Optical sales , marketing and development teams offer ongoing support and education for all of their clients .
