covers postmarked Feb 3 & Feb 11, 1984. Both signed by all 5
crew members: Vance Brand, Robert L. Gibson, Bruce
McCandless II, Bob Stewart & Ronald E. McNair. McNair
perished about two years later on the ill-fated STS-51L mission
of the Challenger. Very fine.
Magnificent, colorful pair of covers handpainted by cachet
artist M. Fox and signed by the complete crew: Bob Crippen,
Frederick Hauck, Sally Ride, John Fabian & Norman Thagard.

Space Walker covers – one dated on each of the spacewalk
dates signed by Bruce McCandless II and Bob Stewart. Covers
document various stages of preparation for mission. Other
signers include flight directors Brion Welch, John Blaha, Harold
Draughon, Gary Coen, Jay Green, JSC Director Chris Kraft,
many more. Very fine.

dealer, most with corner cards or advertising on the envelopes.

Stamp Co. (1898); Makins & Co. (1897); Royal Exchange
Stamp Co. (1894); Eugene Klein (1913); J.M. Bartels Co.
(1912); New England Stamp Co. (1901); plus APS label for
Roosevelt on cover, National Philatelic Museum postal card
with schedule of events for late 1950, group of four 1929
National Philatelic Exhibition labels on covers. These being
stamp dealers, many have mixed, unusual or multicolor
frankings, several use Columbians or Parcel Posts; a few have
enclosures (not stamps). Fine to very fine. Attractive selection.
