Stamps tied by Sept 2, 1988, Omaha, NE, hand-stamped FDC. Very scarce on FDC, and not valued. Very fine. Ex-Cook. $400 Post Office fresh, MINT never hinged top margin horizontal pair, imperforate vertically. From only pane of 100 discovered. (Datz $625) Cat $300. Very fine pairs of color omitted error tied to Artcraft FDC by unofficial Jan 23, 1986, Dayton, OH, hand-stamped cancel. Fresh, very fine and scarce on FDC. Ex-Cook. Catalog value (for 3 pairs) doesn’t begin to cover premium for plate number, gutter and label. Extra fine and MINT never hinged. PH Odd and visually striking freak, as virtually all dark engraved blue is omitted from Agave plant. Only a few flecks remain. Agave stamp is the only place on block where this color occurs.
