Dr . Koo received his Bachelor of Arts from Williams College , followed by his medical degree from University Rochester School of Medicine . He completed his Urology residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center . After completing his residency , he furthered his training with a fellowship at the prestigious Children ’ s Hospital of Philadelphia .
Dr . Koo has received national and international recognition for contributions to the field of pediatric urology . He is frequently published in medical journals , and serves as editor of urology journals and textbooks . Dr . Koo has also lectured extensively and instructs the next generation of urologists and pediatric urologists through Hackensack University Medical Center .
He has been honored numerous times with Top Doctor Recognitions including Castle Connolly , New York Magazine , Inside New Jersey , and others .
