10,000+ square foot venue features two floors each with
full service bars, 60 Full HD flat screen TVs including our
109’’ HD projection screen and full sports package so you
can catch every inch of all your favorite games or sporting events. With
their state of the art sound system, you will feel like you are part of the
game with every tackle or crack of the bat. They will also be featuring
local live music, Top DJs, and various other styles of entertainment
throughout the week.
The Midland Brew House features over 20 handmade craft cocktails created by MBH’s own mixologist Alberto Andrade. Alberto spent over 15
years perfecting his craft in this industry by spending time in some of
New Jersey’s premier clubs and craft cocktail bars, combining elements
from the kitchen, bar and his travels around the world. He brings together
all various elements along with all his experiences and influences to create
some of the most delicious creative drinks for MBH that accent the food
superbly.
Besides being NJ’s top sports and entertainment destination, they serve
up 48 beers on draft with 30 or more of those being craft beers. In the
kitchen, chef Jeremiah Echeandia is serving up a new American fusion
menu featuring an eclectic offering of appetizers and bar fare, seasonal
soups and salads, coal fire brick oven pizza, specialty burgers and sandwiches, raw bar, and a wide array of entrees. The Midland Brew House
features Cedar River Farms, all natural, grass fed, free range prime steaks
in a variety of cuts and sizes, as well as their signature long bone “Tomahawk” steak for two.
MBH is family owned by three siblings. Mike, Chris, and Jenny Vargas
are Saddle Brook locals. Their dream was to always give back to the community and give the town and surrounding towns a great family venue
to dine, watch sports, and have a great time. They have hand-picked every
detail down every brick in making MBH a great place to experience.
Working together with Alberto, MBH has also hand-picked a fully versatile, friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly well trained staff to take
care of all MBH’s guests.
