Kansas City’s Oldest Biker Bar I think I have found my new favorite biker bar. A ton of locals call it home and some have been raised there. It’s the kind of place that will make you feel right where a lost soul needs to be. Red Eye Bar on State Street in Kansas City, Kansas is the oldest biker bar in KCK. The motto created by the owner Kim of Red Eye “Walk in a stranger walk out a friend” was just about the first thing I heard after walking into the place. I also noticed a giant mural painting based on a David Mann print and signed by David Mann to the left of me after walking in the front door. The bar is huge and lined with good old bikers. After about 30 minutes of getting there I had already met six people and had a great conversation with a regular there about his all original 57 pan HydraGlide. I was stoked to say the least. Red Eye hosts its bike night every Wednesday and offers tons of cheap entertainment for all the bikers making their rounds. Kim offers free hot dogs and sausages, she will
