FRESHER’S LIFE AT NSIT
NSIT- a giant in the name of reputed engineering colleges. But,
only we freshers know the tears of blood we have shed and the
hardships we have gone through to get a seat in here.
The killer JEE, an exam that haunted us for the past two years, an
exam that tested the best we had, to get a score good enough for
getting into NSIT. JEE was just a medium but for us NSIT was one
such dream which we didn’t saw while sleeping but a dream that
never allowed us to sleep. It is like a race between thousands and
lakhs of Usain Bolts for just 700 positions.
But as if the tormenting JEE was not enough, there were various
haunting waves of counselings and every wave shattered many
dreams and uplifted a few.
WELCOME TO NSIT!!
But as soon as we got our seat in the college the immense
satisfaction we felt, the ocean of joy we were dipped in, made us
forget all our sufferings.
As freshers we had a fear that almost every fresher in INDIA has
the DEVIL of RAGGING. At NSIT, reality was completely different!!
The seniors are extremely generous and helpful to us.They are
like family to us. They proved that no devil is big enough if we are
determined to overcome it.
On the first day the screams of e-rickshaws “NSIT caallij NSIT
caalijj”, the pleasant and open college lawns and the fragrance of
freshly blossomed flowers filled me completely with pleasure.
