Once you upload or create your issue the privacy level will be set as Anyone by default.
Note: If you wish to keep all your new issues private from the beginning, go to the Edit Settings option of your magazine and check the All newly created issues are private checkbox.
You may manage the privacy settings of your issue in the following manner:
Note: It is assumed that you are in My Magazines.
Step1. Select the magazine you wish and click the Privacy Settings icon of your issue.
Step2. Choose a visibility option according to your needs.
- Anyone - This option permits anyone to see your publication.
- Anyone with the link - Anyone who has the link can access it, but please note that if you share the link of your magazine in a website or a social network, your publication will be included in the Search Engines index, but if you want to exclude it from this index you need to activate this option. For more information about excluding your publication from the Search Engines index click here.
- Only People I Choose - This option permits the access to people with explicitly granted permission only.
- Only People With Password - This option permits the access to people with the password only.
Step3. Click the Save Settings button when you’re done.
