WIND CODE
hen you visit the Southeast Wyoming Visitor Center it’s hard to miss WIND CODE, a multi-part steel and stone sculpture by award-winning sculptor Stan Dolega of Laramie. Commissioned by the State of Wyoming through the Art in Public Buildings Program, Stan set out to create a piece of art that reflected both the center’s purpose and a staple of the Wyoming highway.
