TIERED COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

Launched in January of 2014, the Tiered Community

Partnership aims to create a stronger, more

effective network of community partners

focused on promoting local volunteer

opportunities. Essentially, the tiered partnership

program is an agreement between the Service

Center and community partners with various requirements of and benefits for each side depending upon the tier selected. This program will enable better communication between the Service Center and partners and create a culture of reciprocity in volunteerism. We are excited to be able to provide more quality volunteers with more quality volunteer experiences.

VOLUNTEER EVALUATION

During the 2013-2014 school year, Service Center staff members administered the first volunteer survey. The purpose of this evaluation was to determine the motives behind volunteer's participation in the Service Center, the effectiveness of the student programs, and the events students were more likely to join the Service Center. The finali report will be displayed on the Service Center's website. Starting in the 2014-2015 school year, the survey will be administered at the end of every Spring semester.
