How is it racing against the
boys?
In this sport I really feel strongly
about girls/women aspiring to
ride in the pro ranks with the
men. I feel like I’m working
hard towards that goal and
hopefully one day I get the
chance to line up in either
supercross or motocross. There
are already a good group
of girls/women now with that
same goal in mind and I think
that it will better our sport and
push it into a new direction.
How has switching to KTM
influenced your expectations
for 2014?
This 2014 year I’m really excited about all the changes.
The team at KTM have been
so fantastic to me plus the
2014 KTM 85 is amazing and
fits me perfect. I love everything about this bike.
Who are your biggest influences in the industry?
Dean Wilson, Jessica Patterson, Trey Canard, Ryan Villopoto, James Stewart, Andrew Short, Matt Goerke, Sarah
Whitmore, Kevin Windham, Ashley Fiolek
What hobbies do you have outside of motocross?
In my spare time, which isn’t much, I like riding bicycles
with my brother, acting, singing, listening to music,
singing karaoke, playing with my dogs, and shopping
of course.
Speaking of acting and singing, what’s this we hear
about you being on television?
Haha, yeah. I was on Nickelodeon. I guess if I wasn’t
going to be a motocross racer, I would want to be an
actor.
