Over 90 section members attended the annual Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Year in Review CLE program which took place on Tuesday , December 8 , 2015 at Capital City Club . The morning CLE program featured Honorable Paul W . Bonapfel , United States Bankruptcy Court , Northern District of Georgia , Harris Winsberg , Troutman Sanders LLP , Beth Anne Harrill , Law Clerk to the Hon . Paul W . Bonapfel and Karen D , Visser , Law Clerk to the Hon . W . Homer Drake , Jr . The afternoon CLE , Commercial Law Year in Review , was presented by C . Edward Dobbs , Parker Hudson Ranier & Dobbs , LLP and Alfred S . Lurey , Kilpatrick Townsend LLP . The lunch program featured a tribute to the Hon . Margaret H . Murphy who recently retired from the United States Bankruptcy Court , Northern District of Georgia , after 28 years of service to the bankruptcy community . Speakers included Bruce Crabtree , III , Smith Gambrell & Russell , LLP , John Thomson , Jr ., Cohen Pollock Merlin & Small , P . C . and Section President , John Mills , III , Barnes & Thornburg LLP .
