The Restaurateur is part of the Jackson Heights Trilogy (Theatre 167, published by Indie Theatre Now), a series of plays about diverse Jackson Heights, Queens, where 167 languages are spoken. Les has written for all three parts of the trilogy. Directed by Ari Laura Kreith and originally performed by Rajesh Bose.
