From being called to choose a script for Marion Baptist Church’s first installment of Judgement House that dealt with
an airplane crash months before 9/11, to driving to a nearby church moments before a toddler walked onto the highway,
to going into BC Moore’s Department Store when He wanted me to drive an elderly lady home who had walked seven
miles to the store, miracles have taught me that the God of the Universe can use average people.
Miracles have allowed me to share Christ with others and they have certainly matured me as a Christian. Like all
believers, I have days when I am busy and hit the bed at night, realizing that I barely thought about Christ, much less
communicated with Him. My desire is to stay in touch with Him throughout the day. On a daily basis, I now have more
awareness of Him and call on Him more for both the big and the little things. I have more of an awareness of the
Holy Spirit as well, as He prompts me to think about people or things I need to do.
