How to Register
Register for Girl Scout Events in 3 easy steps!
1. View event opportunities in our online program guide or event listing at www.gsdakotahorizons.org.
2. Select your event. Make sure the event is for your grade level and you are available to attend.
3. Register
• Online – register online at www.gsdakotahorizons.org. Payment (event fee or non-refunable deposit) via Credit/Bank Card is
required to complete your registration online for events with Girl or Adult fees.
• US Mail or in-person – submit completed forms** with payment (event fee or non-refunable deposit) to:

• Fax – registration form with credit card payment may be faxed to 701-293-7962, Attn: Program Registrar.
*Forms can be found on our website at www.gsdakotahorizons.org.
*Registration form and payment must be received into Program Registrar office in Fargo, ND by the closing date.
*Phone or email registrations are not accepted.
*Use the same name you used to register for Girl Scouts (if current member).
*Payment (event fee or non-refundable deposit) is required with registration submission. Incomplete registration forms
will not be processed and no spots held.
*Reminder: We keep a waiting list for each event. If a registered participant can’t go, you may not select someone to attend in her place.
Please notify the Program Registrar if you know a registered participant will not be able to attend so we can fill her spot from the waiting list.
**Forms include Summer Event/Learning Registration Form, Pick Up Form and Health and Permission Card.
Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons will provide reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Requests should be made to the
District Office as early as possible, that is, at least two weeks in advance of the event. No Girl Scout will be excluded from an activity on the basis of a disability-related accommodations request.
