Following on from our claims edition of the
Partners Papers and taking into account our
recent, very successful product launch to advisers,
we thought you might be interested in where
product ideas come from and the process that
takes those ideas and turns them into reality.
While claims are effectively the product we sell we certainly hope
(as we are sure you do) that you will never get to find out firsthand how good our products actually are.
So the next best thing is to give you an insight into why
you can take comfort that the benefits you have in place
with us will do the best job possible for you, your family
or your business.
Our product team is delighted to have this opportunity to ‘show-off’
what they do and we hope you can see why we are so proud of
the outstanding work that they deliver.
I have also personally found myself committed to running the
marathon at next year’s Partners Life Dual event, even though I am
the worst distance runner you can imagine and I have never run a
marathon nor wanted to run a marathon in my life. Why? Have a
