IPbE Exhibitors and attendees began arriving on Monday, February 24th. Well known
names like Dye Precision, Kee Action Sports,
Planet Eclipse and Valken were present. And
the newly formed partnership of GI Sportz
and Tippmann Sports seemed to be a most
talked about subject. As the event directory
showed, there were approximately 70 exhibitors and/or manufacturers with floor space in
the main hall. There were also companies set
up in the surrounding hall areas.
Held at the Dulles Hyatt Hotel near Washington International Dulles Airport, it was
easy access for those attending. And only
a mile away from the airport, flying to and
from points beyond the immediate area was
less of a headache that might be expected. A
good choice for an event of this type, attendees showed their agreement by solidly booking all the available rooms prior to the show.
Registration, and a great deal of business
socializing, was held in the first floor lobby
area. Serving multiple purposes, the lobby was
the gateway to the bar/bistro, restaurant and
lounge/seating area. Judging by the amount of
attendee traffic that was almost always present, it demonstrated another good choice by

having a valid badge. Swag bags were distributed to participants in trademark IPbE style.
