A few months ago we did a full product
review on the Morph Fire Spyder Conversion kit and if you didn’t read that
article we can sum up our review in one
word ”SuperAwesomeFunAsHeck!” At
this year’s Paintball Extravaganza Morph
Fire introduced their Planet Eclipse Ego
and Etek and Tippmann conversion kits.
More awesomeness!
We recently had a little reunion with
Ryan Levin and asked him to bring us
up to speed on what’s happening at
Morph Fire.
Interview With Ryan Levin
So, your both was busy every time
we walked by. Tell us about what
was going on.
Morph Fire demo-ed Spyder, EGO, ETEK
and introduced Tippmann A5, 98, and
Alpha Black converters (currently in
production); all to an overwhelming interest!
Initially, people at the show mistakenly tried to categorize us into the world
of airsoft. We responded to this case
of “mistaken identity” with a smile
and tossed them a bag of our new .30
aluminum BB’s. The bag of BB’s was
branded with our newly trademarked
AirHARD logo that includes our tag line:
”FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY” due
to the fact that at 500+ fps… there ain’t
nothing soft about it. It’s for adults
Special PBX Edition
only… it‘s AirHARD!!!
It was amazing to exhibit at the show
and hear Morph Fire’s buzz grow! From
the show’s opening to its close - our
booth was swamped with interest and
curiosity from both attendees and exhibitors alike.
Throughout Paintball Extravaganza,
when people actually held Morph Fire in
their hands, felt it, heard it, and fired
it… their senses came alive and you
could see the transformation to their
“ah-ha” moment. Not only did they
“get-it”, their excitement grew and they
shared some incredible realizations on
how revolutionary Morph Fire is to the
industry and the sport of paintball. It
felt good for our team to receive so
much positive interest and spontaneous
feedback.
Can you give us a few nuggets about
your new products?
Like our initial Spyder units, Morph Fire
effortlessly converts the EGO & ETEK
to fire 6mm projectiles. The velocity
can easily be adjusted to fire from 250
fps to nearly 700 fps by increasing the
dwell-time. In turn, reducing the dwelltime reduces velocity.
Morph Fire’s newest conversion is for
Tippmann. Our Tippmann converter utilizes an integrally built adapter system.
This allows conversion in seconds by
eliminating any bolt adaptation
