TOURNAMENT
The 2013 paintball season in Europé has
come to an end. The final event of the Millennium Series was quite a sight. The event
was hailed to be the future of paintball in
Europé. It hosted the first ever World Cup
with more than 20 teams from around the
world came to participate and represent
their country in what would be a proud
and exciting side event for all to see. The
World Cup event would start with an grand
opening ceremony where each team would
be presented with a flag bearer of their
country’s flag as well as their national anthem would be played before their matches
began. Twenty-two teams would enter in
paris. It quickly would only be three left
standing. Favorite to win would be Team
USA comprised of the PSP’s top ranked
players, Team Great Britain, one of three
teams that had a female on the national
24
team. And, Team France nearly comprised
of Tonton players. Team USA would not
disapoint fans and webcast viewers as they
fought a tough and close game with Team
GB.
Each event the MTV webcast crew evolve
and the webcast becomes better and better. The inclusion of some of the more well
known players and energetic guest commentators make the webcast even better.
One of the most entertaining guest commentators made the webcast more entertaining,
keeping the audiences eyes on the webcast
this year has been Bear Degidio. Bear
brought so much energy to the booth that
no one was able to become bored with the
webcast. His knowledge of the layout and
players on the field gave a professional
look and image of the event.
