TOURNAMENT
Hoppers
As if new markers, new goggles and a pile of
sexy new soft goods from a myriad of companies wasn’t enough to make the 2013 World
Cup amazing, even the hopper market saw
some new additions that should add even
more choices to an already packed segment.
GI Sportz Pulse RDR
The GI Sportz booth at the 2013 PSP World
Cup was packed with customers and players
all weekend long and this was thanks to their
new collaboration with Bob Long on the Victus
tournament marker and, most certainly, due to
the new Pulse RDR loader. An attractive and
92
feature-packed new tournament paintball loader, the new Pulse offers the ability to pop off
the top to add capacity, a Pulse drive system
that senses paint and how much is in the loader to avoid the “popcorn” effect as ammo gets
low, a ball counter, user-customizable settings
via buttons and a screen at the rear of the
loader for the ultimate in user customization
and, of course, the whole “RDR” thing which
includes the optional radar unit. Models with
and without the integrated radar will be available when the Pulse RDR hits the market soon,
at which time the Rotor and Spire may have
another contender to deal with! Keep an eye
on www.GISportz.com for all the details!
