don’t “make it easy” as that is much
too naïve a thing say about a dramatic change in lifestyle, most certainly
make the concept of reinventing oneself mu ch less daunting and, with a
little study, much easier to understand
and undertake one day at a time. It’s
clear that should the reader take the
time to read the book, study its information, quite literally do the math and
put the concepts and principles within
it into practice, they will absolutely
see a change in their appearance for
the better. Like any other road map,
following the course plotted by Scott
in his book will take the reader to their
desired destination.
Rather, having read the book from
“E-cover to E-cover” I found it to be
just as valuable as a reference volume that should be consulted regularly throughout one’s fitness quest as
it might be as an initial motivator to
start that process. As the book progresses from concept to undertaking,
Scott breaks down the concept of altering lifestyle choices rather than dieting, then moves into body types and
why understanding this concept is so
important, then literally starts drawing the map from day one to what the
reader wants to see when they look in
