Eric Holland (R7USA): I think the NEXT BIG THING is just about here.
With the footage available from the POV cameras - the next obvious step
is live streaming in a compact package. Players will be able to broadcast
via Bluetooth to mobile devices so that tournament operators will be able
to go back and forth from player to player in real time to show you what
is happening on the field as well as the profile shots from the sidelines. I
think this will take the game to new heights and visibility for people inside and outside the sport. I think this will continue to introduce participants to the excitement of the game, and hopefully drive new players into
the sport.
Todd Coulter (TechT): Good question... maybe paintballs with dimples
to fly further and more straight. Dye owns the patent. I’m waiting to see
when they roll that out.
