have yet another winning season, though
the Champions Division continues to get
tougher. Those who thought Houston Heat
were going to have it rough after a stellar
inaugural season watched as the team added some remarkable talent for 2014 in the
form of Tim Montressor, Ryan Moorhead,
Greg Siewers, Keith Devitt and Thomas
Taylor. These guys are going to be good
in 2014 ladies and gentlemen. Edmonton
Impact took quite a punch when several
of their players left for Houston Heat in
the off-season, but with Dave Bains, Justin
Rabackoff, the Yachimecs and Justin Cornell still holding it down, don’t expect to
see Impact go quietly. The legendary Ironmen merged with San Jose Royalty in the
offseason, adding some youthful talent and
new coaches to the expertise of Marcello
Margott and Mike Paxson. It may take an
event or two for the reinvented Ironmen to
get their legs under them.
