How do others describe you? Most would describe me as optimistic.
One thing I’m looking to do better: Make better hiring decisions. It’s
interesting that this is same goal I had 25 years ago! I guess that’s always a
challenge.
How I give my team room to innovate and experiment: Since
our business changes based on our customers’ wants and needs, I encourage
