HOT JOBS

Congratulations Dakota on your new position at Sutherland Global!

Hiring Challenge: I came to MSCCN without a real resume and a plan. I was unsure of what my strengths were and definitely not sure how to sell strengths to a potential employer. As a military kid who moved a lot, I was lacking experience that many employers desire.

Assistance Received: I received one-on-one employment assistance from several Employment Specialists and resume and interview training from Amy Rossi. I was also assisted by an MSCCN Recruiter ConnectTM Specialist who helped me really know what the employer was looking for on my resume. I learned so much, and the tools provided will help me for years to come.

Result: I was contacted by a potential employer within hours of applying and was offered a job and in training within a week. I am so happy to have a job I love, and it’s because of the assistance provided by the MSCCN team!

Value of Experience: The assistance I received was beyond what I expected. I was fully engaged with the team at MSCCN and could not be more thankful for everything they provided. Knowing that a group like this is out there and assists military families is wonderful and so meaningful to me! Thank you again to the entire team! I am in a job I love and have tools that will serve me well for years to come.
