A good night’s sleep and a cigar Having stayed in hotels on a regular basis for virtually all of my working life, there are certain things that I need, just to make the rather transient experience more tolerable. I tend to go boutique now rather than big chain as there is a little more chance of not being woken up several times in the night by voices and doors. I have stayed at the hotel overnight a few times and always been comfortable and well looked after. Here’s where the whole experience gets better though. They have rooms with their own private heated smoking terraces. Spacious, well heated and literally five steps from your bed. It is unique as far as I am concerned and to those of us who want to indulge in a quiet cigar after a hard day at work or even a day of leisure on one’s 29 Web Site: www.tenmanchesterstreethotel.com Cigars at Ten: www.cigarsatten.com Ten Manchester Street Hotel, Marylebone, London, W1U 4DG Telephone: +44 (0) 207 3175 900
