The Dubuque Food & Wine on the River
Festival returns this month for the third
annual event. This year’s festival features
gourmet food and wine from several extraordinary Dubuque establishments. Festivities will be held at Diamond Jo Casino,
Stone Cliff Winery, and Van’s Liquor Store
in East Dubuque, IL for a weekend-long
