Winners will go to the State Finals in May to represent... 25- Tiny Tots Lapsit Storytime at Jacksonville City Library – 10 am - Jacksonville Public Library will offer a “lapsit” storytime for children ages 0-24 months every second and fourth Tuesday at 10am beginning September 10. The child will sit in the parent’s lap while engaged in stories, music, finger plays and other fun age-appropriate activities. Older preschool children who accompany their parent and sibling will serve as helpers. Lapsit will start promptly at 10am and will last approximately 30 minutes.
