Charles L. Brown Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering School of Engineering and Applied Science SPRING 2015 ECE NEWS Left to right: Garnall Travis, Michael Verdicchio, and Erin Massey BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS TO BENEFIT STUDENTS Students who grew up in the age of the Heathkit came to the Engineering School with a deep appreciation for and native understanding of electrical and computer engineering. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering has found in National Instruments (NI) an active partner that is not only helping us meet our curricular goals, but also extending that relationship beyond the classroom, providing internships and career opportunities for our students. continued on page 3 Developing Leaders of Innovation
