Hi, everyone
AUTUMN 2017
2017 is a year of strengthening & positioning for DVJS as we commence
our growth strategies in preparation of the upcoming tender for a new
Government contract commencing March 2018. New locations, new
programs are on the agenda...to ensure we are well positioned we have
commenced recruiting additional staff to keep current systems moving
forward.

job seekers and employers at the workplace ensuring everyone is happy. Ash has
run his own successful business and fully understands the difficulties and stresses
employers experience on a daily basis.
Our future will be determined by our performance. The Government has a star rating
system similar to hotels where 1 star is poor and 5 excellent. DVJS is doing very well
in such a competitive market with 5 sites on 3 stars, 2 on 4 and 1 on 5 stars however
we need all sites at least 4 stars to ensure our future and your assistance is greatly
appreciated in getting us there...more jobs = better star rating!
5 Station Our current promotion is ‘Changing a Life for the Cost of a Cup of Coffee’. With the very
Street, generous wage incentives and support DVJS provides, to employ a job seeker would
3166 cost you less than a cup of coffee (each hour). How good would it feel to change a life
for the better, get rewarded with additional productivity and barely feel the pinch in the
pocket? We are confident that our job seekers would be of more value than their cost.

If you have a vacancy, or would like to create a new role (perhaps duties that your
existing staff hate doing!) then talk to DVJS for a no-obligation proposal of finding you
a suitable person to do that job for at least 8 hours per week. Any vacancy you may
have would be considered from the basic cleaning to more skilled administration...our
jobseekers are diverse in their abilities and vocational goals.
We look forward to an ongoing positive working partnership with you.
