Summer is for Art Camp!
Popular summer camps and workshops for students
ages 4 – 14 are back! Curbside drop-off and pickup are
always available.
Back by popular demand, nationally acclaimed virtuoso Ron
McCurdy celebrates the exhibition, The Chemistry of Color, with
his sensational style of unique American music – the everevolving Jazz tradition. McCurdy is a guest soloist, speaker and
director of honor jazz ensembles and choirs throughout the
United States and Canada. $25 / $20 for members. $5 student

songs spanning the Renaissance through the 21st century.
Under the direction of Dr. Patrick Hawkins, the 45-voice choir
has won superior ratings at state music festivals. FREE

A weekend of Irish music and
dance begins with a Friday evening
concert at the Museum featuring
Pat Egan, guitar and Irish song;
Jeanne Chridon, tenor banjo; Jeff
Thomas, Concertina; Alex Reidinger,
harp and fiddle; Mike Simpson, fiddle, whistle, and bodhran;
Matt McNeely, Uilleann Pipes. Participants in the Saturday
workshops study tunes and techniques for instruments used in
the Irish tradition, while mini-concerts offer an opportunity to
hear and learn about Irish music in a casual setting - no
experience required for mini concerts, just an interest for hearing
and learning about Irish music. Friday concert tickets are $15.
