into existence. The original constitution and by-laws
were drawn up, Mother Chapter was chartered
and a Supreme Advisory Council was established as
the policy making body of the Order. Sam Beber
became the Grand President of the Council and Nathan
Mnookin became the Grand Vice President.
As a result of the hard work of this Council, the
organization began to grow rapidly. Ninety-four
